Question 1

What is PhotoClear?

Accepted Answer

PhotoClear is photo decluttering software for property marketing. It removes clutter, unwanted furniture, cars and bins from listing photos so the property is easier to see.

Question 2

How does PhotoClear work?

Accepted Answer

Upload a photo, then use a one-click preset or brush over the object you want removed. Review the edited image, then download it. You should always check the result before publishing so the photo remains an accurate representation of the property.

Question 3

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

New accounts receive 10 free credits — no card required. A light declutter uses 1 credit. Medium is 2 credits and full is 3. Other tools are 1 credit each. Paid packs and monthly plans are listed on the pricing page. The lowest listed rate is £0.48 per light cleanup on Studio (£169.00 per month for 350 credits).

Question 4

Do I need to review the edited photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Always review edited images before you publish them. PhotoClear is a cleanup tool, not a substitute for an accurate description of the property. Do not use it to hide permanent defects or change the structure of the building.

Question 5

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes — credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire 12 months after they are granted, so we recommend using them at a comfortable pace within that window.

Question 6

Is PhotoClear part of ReHub Studio?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PhotoClear uses the shared ReHub account and credit wallet. Sign in with the same details you use on other ReHub apps.

Question 7

Will removed objects leave a smudge or gap?

Accepted Answer

No. PhotoClear rebuilds the background behind whatever it removes — flooring, walls, skirting, sky or greenery — based on the surrounding scene, so the result looks naturally clean rather than patched.

Question 8

What file types and sizes are supported?

Accepted Answer

PhotoClear accepts common image formats such as JPEG and PNG, and returns high-resolution results suitable for portals, brochures and print. There are no watermarks.

Question 9

Is it ethical to edit property photos?

Accepted Answer

Removing movable clutter, bins, cars and personal items is accepted, standard practice in property marketing. You should not remove or hide permanent structural features or defects that would mislead a buyer.

Question 10

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. PhotoClear runs in your web browser — there is nothing to download or install. Upload a photo, clean it up and download the result.

Question 11

Can I remove several objects in one go?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can mark multiple objects — for example a car, a bin and a road sign — in a single pass and PhotoClear removes them all together.

Question 12

How does PhotoClear relate to ReHub Studio?

Accepted Answer

PhotoClear is part of the ReHub Studio property media ecosystem, alongside tools for virtual staging, HDR, photo editing, dusk conversion, 360 tours and video — so cleanup connects into a complete listing workflow.
